I recently stayed at The Westin St. Francis and while the location was absolutely fantastic, my experience was marred by several issues. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel really seemed to be in need of some maintenance and care. Overall, it felt like something was missing compared to my previous visits, and I left feeling a bit disappointed.
